In fact, logic tells us that your soul would not be split in half by any means. The second point, which is more than just a mathematical technicality, is that there is no evidence that souls are split perfectly in half. This means that while a larger percentage of Voldemort's soul is in Harry, Harry is still only less than 2% Voldemort while Voldemort is still only Voldemort, soul-wise. Harry's soul added to Voldemort's soul gives him the equivalent of 1.015625 souls, making Voldemort's soul only 1.538% of the soul in Harry, while Voldemort has only his soul, making him still 100% Voldemort even if he is missing most of his soul. The math does not work out assuming that souls are split perfectly. There are two major issues with this theory: the diary was only 1/6th - 1/8th of his soul when it was destroyed, so he didn't feel it (or didn't think anything of it), but Nagini was an entire third of his remaining soul. So what I draw from this is that the more of your remaining soul the horcrux represents, the more you feel it when it gets destroyed.

I can't remember what happens when he "kills" Harry in the forbidden forest in the book, but in the movie he's knocked back, suggesting that destroying the horcrux in Harry hurt him in some way. And he definitely screams when Nagini is destroyed, though that might not be a scream of pain. It's true that he doesn't for the first few, but when they destroy the diadem (I think?) Harry says he thinks he could hear a scream in the distance. My interpretation is similar, but I'm not convinced Voldemort doesn't feel anything when they're destroyed. There'd be no need for this if you could simply destroy the horcruxes.
